Shipping Info

Delivery Time

Our normal turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. This is from the time you approve the final design. Please allow ample time for artwork creation, proof approval, emblem production, and shipping.
NOTE: Due to situations, including delays beyond our control during the shipping process, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date. Our recommendation is to place your order with more than enough lead time (3 weeks +) to be safe.

How We Ship

Normally, we use UPS Ground and USPS Priority shipping depending on your physical address. Expedited shipping may be required to meet your deadline and will incur additional shipping charges.

Rush Service

A turnaround time of less than 3 weeks is considered rush service. Please add a minimum of $25 express fee plus UPS air service, which is determined at the time of shipping. (1,2, or 3-day air service is available).
