We offer quality patches with numerous options (shown below the pricing chart). The three standard options include the percentages of coverage (50%, 75%, or 100%) that is embroidered over the background (twill) color.

Sizes from 2 " to 13" are available with a minimum order quantity of 25 patches.

Up to 7 Colors

Size: Length plus width divided by 2 equals size. (example: 4" + 2" = 6" ÷ 2" = 3" patch size). See graphic below.Measure the patch in the position that it will be worn, i.e., for rectangles and squares, measure corner to corner, for diamond shapes (a square turned 45 degrees), measure point to point.Areas of Embroidery: The percentage of the patch covered by stitching.Extra Colors: Price includes up to 7 colors. Add $0.10 per color per piece for each color over 7 (maximum of 12 colors).Metallic Thread: Gold or silver thread is available. Add 15% to the price of the patch.Special Background Material: Standard cotton/polyester twill. Add 15% for velvet or felt background material.Heat Seal Backing: Add $ 0.05 per inch on sizes up to 6" and $ 0.08 per inch from 7" to 13".Sample Charge: If a pre-production sample is required, the model and art charge is $100 ($75 credited when the order is placed).Artwork: Send a sketch of your design or a sample of the emblem to be reproduced; our artist will do the rest.Delivery: Normal delivery is 4-6 weeks from receipt of your order.RUSH ORDERS: Less than 3 weeks.
